This pattern is absolutely deadly in water systems where baetis are a food source. It seems to contain just the right amount of flash to attract fish without overdoing it and will interest even the most weary trout. UV characteristics of the pattern’s tail and legs allow it to fish great both as a nymph as well as an emerger; simply target the water column where fish are feeding be prepared to set the hook.

Suggested Fishing Techniques
Can be used to imitate a nymph or emerger; just adjust depth.
During warmer months when baetis are a staple food source for trout, this pattern rarely leaves my rig and is one of my most consistent producers.
